ORDER granting #5 Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Complaint. The [1-1] Complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to all Defendants as a shotgun pleading and for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. If Plaintiff desires to proceed with this case, he must file an amended complaint in accordance with Section II of this Order within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS after the date of this Order. Should Plaintiff fail to timely amend his complaint, the case will be dismissed without further notice. Plaintiff has filed this action pro se, and he is directed that he must immediately advise the Court of any change of address. He shall entitle the paper "Notice to the Court of Change of Address." This notice shall contain only information pertaining to the address change and the effective date of such and should not contain other motions or requests. Failure to inform the Court of an address change may result in the dismissal of this case without further notice. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail to Plaintiff, along with this Order, a copy of the standard prisoner civil rights complaint form. See Order for further details. Signed by Judge Paul G.
