August 12, 2026 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ENDORSED ORDER directing the Clerk to terminate any pending motions and close this case. On July 20, 2026, the Complaint was 3 stricken for failure to comply with Rules 8 and 10 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with leave to amend the complaint on or before August 3, 2026. On review of the file, no amended complaint was filed and the time for compliance has passed. When Plaintiff did not timely amend the complaint, the 3 Order became a final judgment. Auto Alignment & Body Serv., Inc. v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co., 953 F.3d 707, 719 (11th Cir. 2020). Further, Plaintiff failed to timely comply with #6 the Standing Order Requiring Disclosure of Third-Party Litigation Funding and #7 the Standing Order Requiring Disclosure of the Use of Artificial Intelligence, which also would have justified dismissal. As Plaintiff was warned on July 20, 2026, "failure to comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Local Rules of the Middle District of Florida, and court orders is a basis on which this case may be dismissed with prejudice." Signed by Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe on 8/12/2026.
