ORDER to show cause as to George Metz. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Order of July 22, 2026 directing plaintiff to file a Notice of Pendency of Other Actions and a Disclosure Statement. (Doc. #4). Additionally, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Order to Show Cause of August 12, 2026 directing the Plaintiff to show cause and file a response within fourteen days. (Doc. #10 (the "First Order to Show Cause")). Plaintiff was warned that failure to comply with the First Order to Show Cause may result in the dismissal of this case without further notice or other appropriate sanctions. (Id.) On August 25, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Disclosure Statement. (Doc. #14). However, the Disclosure Statement was stricken on August 26, 2026 and Plaintiff was directed to file a Disclosure Statement using the proper form. (Doc. 15). No Disclosure Statement has been filed since. Therefore, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE and file a response to said Orders within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order.
