Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint [ 41] is GRANTED. Plaintiff has 20 days to file the amended complaint. Once the amended complaint is filed, the CLERK shall transfer this case to the Eastern District of Michigan. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 30 is DENIED AS MOOT.
