The Clerk is directed to administratively close case number 8:09-cv-748-JSM-TGW and termina te all pending motions in that case. All future filings shall be filed in case number 8:09-cv-2562-T-30MAP. If The Amacore Group, Inc. decides to file a counterclaim, it shall file a counterclaim to the complaint in 8:09-cv-2562-T-30MAP no later than 20 days from the date of this Order.
