Final judgment by default is entered against Defendants, Delta Global Funding Corp. and Gwen Galbreath, in the amount of $165,082, which represents $150,000 in damages, & #036;4,760.50 in attorneys' fees, $631 in costs, and $9,690.50 in prejudgment interest from the date of the demand (December 22, 2008) to the present date. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly.
