Defendant's request th at this case be dismissed is DENIED. The case is hereby STAYED pending notification by the parties that they have completed the arbitration process and the stay is due to be lifted or the case is due to be dismissed. The parties shall file a joint status report with this Court every ninety days until this matter is resolved.
