ORDER: Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, or Stay and Compel Arbitration 11 is GRANTED to the extent that Plaintiff's claims shall be submitted to arbitration and the case shall be stayed pursuant to 9 U.S.C. s. 3. Defendant's request th at this case be dismissed is DENIED. The case is hereby STAYED pending notification by the parties that they have completed the arbitration process and the stay is due to be lifted or the case is due to be dismissed. The parties shall file a joint status report with this Court every ninety days until this matter is resolved.
