Count VIII against this Defendant is dismissed, without prejudice. In addition, the Court hereby strikes para graphs 76 (a), (d), (e), and (f) from the Amended Complaint. The Motion to Dismiss Jointly Submitted by Defendants Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc., Andrea Lancaster, Laurie Crawford, and Linda Rotz 64 is granted. All counts against these Defe ndants are dismissed, without prejudice.
