Cooper's ADA, FLSA, and section 1983 claims are dismissed without prejudice and with leave to amend, and Cooper's Title VII claims are dismissed with prejudice. Mae E. Cooper is given thirty days to file an amended complaint concerning her ADA, FLSA, and section 1983 claims in an effort to state a cause of action if she is able to.
