This Court grants a stay of this proceeding and all deadlines pending the outcome of the settlement negotiations. The parties shall condu ct mediation by MARCH 1, 2013. Plaintiff shall file a notice with the Court within 10 days of the mediation informing the Court about the mediation's outcome. If the parties reach an impasse at mediation, Plaintiff shall also file a motion to reopen this case to pending status as well as an amended complaint within 10 days of the impasse being declared.
