This Court approves the r equested § 406(b) attorney's fees in the amount of $21,894.51, which shall be paid out of Plaintiff's past due benefits currently being withheld by the Social Security Administration. The Commissioner's Unopposed Motion for Entry of Judgment with Remand 25 is GRANTED. This case is REVERSED and REMANDED to the C ommissioner pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly, terminate any pending motions, and CLOSE THIS CASE. The final judgment shall state that the deadline to file a motion for attorney&# 039;s fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) shall be thirty (30) days after Plaintiff receives notice from the Social Security Administration of the amount of any past due benefits awarded. Upon receipt of the notice, counsel for Plaintiff shall promptly e-mail John F. Rudy, III and the OGC attorney assigned to the case to advise them that the notice has been received.
