Defendants State Attorney Bernie McCabe, Sheriff Chris Nocco, Corporal Derouin, and John Doe are dismissed. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate these Defendants. Defendant McCabe's Motion for Extension (Dkt. 22) is denied as moot. Defendants Justin Case, Brian Bernd, and City of New Port Richey shall file an answer to the amended complaint within fourteen (14) days of this Order. Signed by Judge James S.
