July 18, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 206 ENDORSED ORDER: This case was filed on June 10, 2016. (Doc. #1 ). The Court held a case management hearing and entered the initial Case Management and Scheduling Order (Doc. #72 ) on July 20, 2016. At the request of the parties, the Court entered an Amended Case Management and Scheduling Order on January 23, 2017, extending all deadlines. (Doc. # #148 , #150 ). Thereafter, on April 4, 2017, the mediator reported that "The claims between Plaintiff and Defendants were resolved by written agreement; the claims between the Defendants have not yet been resolved." (Doc. #192 ). Then, on May 3, 2017, the parties filed a Motion for an Extension of time based on a contemplated settlement agreement and noted that they were "on the verge of settlement." (Doc. #198 ). The Court granted the Motion. (Doc. # 199 ). Thereafter, the parties requested an extension of all deadlines for 30 days "to allow the parties sufficient time to finalize the Settlement Agreement." (Doc. #201 ). The Court granted that Motion and stayed the case for a 30 day period so that the parties could conclude their negotiations. (Doc. # 203 ). After the 30 day stay expired, the Court warned that it would re-open the case unless the parties filed a Notice of Settlement. (Doc. # 203 ). The parties did not file a Notice of Settlement, and the case has now been re-opened. The Court recognizes that, despite prolonged settlement efforts, this case has not been resolved. In order to expedite the case and to assess whether any progress has been made to streamline the issues, the Court directs the parties to file a status report by July 21, 2017, outlining which claims remain to be decided and whether it is necessary to extend any deadlines that are contained in the Amended Case Management and Scheduling Order.
