Counts I through IV against Defendant NBA, Counts I through IV against Defendant Crump, and Counts III and IV against Defendant Parks are dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff may proceed with Counts I and II against Defendant Parks. Plaintiff may amend her pleading within fourteen days if she wishes.
