Lazzara Custom Yachts, LLC is the lawful owner of the United States Trademark Registration Number 3064907. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1119, the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office shall rectify the register to reflect that Lazzara Custom Yachts, LLC is the owner of United States Trademark Registration Number 3064907.
