If Winsey decides to attempt to state a claim under § 1692g, she must include enough factual allegations to give rise to a plausible claim to relief. The amended complaint is due by July 14, 2017. Winsey's state-law claims for breach of con tract and violations of Florida's Uniform Commercial Code are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. If Winsey elects to file an amended complaint, she shall not include any allegations or causes of action that rest upon the widely rejected vapor money theory or any derivative thereof.
