ORDER: (1) The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge 9 is adopted, confirmed, and approved in all respects and is made a part of this Order for all purposes, including appellate review. (2) The Petition to Enforce Internal Reven ue Service Summons 1 is GRANTED. (3) Respondents Juan C. Zavala and Nohemi Zavala are directed to appear at the IRS's office located at 3848 W. Columbus Drive, Tampa, Florida, 33607, on April 17, 2018 to comply with the summonses, including giving testimony and producing for examination and copying the books, records and papers as demanded. In the event, one of the Respondents is unable to appear before the IRS, a power of attorney must be produced on behalf of the missing Respondent.
