Having vacated the permanent injunction as to Plaintiff Timothy Davenport, there is no basis to hold Timothy Davenport in contempt. Defendant AWP's request to hold Plaintiff Timothy Davenport in contempt is denied as moot. The Clerk is directed to terminate all pending deadlines and close this case.
