Filing 13 OPINION AND ORDER. 1. The Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is DENIED. 2. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment against Petitioner and close this case. 3. This Court should grant an application for a Certificate of Appea lability only if Petitioner makes "a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right." 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2). He cannot make this showing. Accordingly, a Certificate of Appealability is DENIED in this case.
