Upon careful review of the file, as a whole and in its current form, the Court indeed finds discovery in this action is not warranted. Defendant's Motion is GRANTED in that respect, and the Court accordingly VACATES #35 its Case Management and Scheduling Order. The Clerk is directed to terminate the document. It is FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 3.05(c)(1)(B) of the Rules of the District Court of the United Sates for the Middle District of Florida ("Local Rules"), Plaintiff's #1 Application to Vacate Arbitration Award is hereby REFERRED to the assigned United States Magistrate Judge, Judge Julie Sneed, for management by her pursuant to notices or orders entered by her and in accordance with other provisions of the Local Rules, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and any other pertinent legal authority.
