ORDER. Plaintiff failed to effectuate service of process on Defendants within ninety (90) days of the filing of the complaint as required by Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). On or before July 25, 2019, Plaintiff shall serve Defendants with the summons and a copy of the #1 complaint and file affidavits of service as to each Defendant. If Plaintiff fails to properly effectuate service of process on each Defendant and file proof of the same by July 25, 2019, Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE, in writing, why this action should not be dismissed for failing to effectuate service of process on Defendants within the time prescribed by Rule 4.
