In the Notice of Removal, Johnson & Johnson explains that it previously filed a Motion in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware to consolidate certain actions, including the present action, in Delaware. Johnson & Johnson "believes that this Court cannot and, in any event, should not, take any further action in this civil action until the District of Delaware has ruled on the Motion." (Doc. # 1 at 4). In the instance that any Defendant seeks an Order staying the present case, that Defendant should file an appropriate Motion in the present action by May 30, 2019. In so Ordering, the Court does not express any opinion regarding whether this action should be stayed or whether it would be inclined to grant a motion to stay or any other relief.
