ENDORSED ORDER granting #18 Motion to Expedite. Final hearing on the motion for preliminary injunction is set for Courtroom 15b, Tampa, Florida at 8:15 am October 4, 2019. Each party will have 4 hours to present its case, in any manner it deems appropriate. Exhibit and witness lists are due 7 days prior to the hearing. Discovery is granted, and the undersigned expects the parties to carry it out entirely without the need for court supervision. The undersigned will monitor the case directly. Defendants argue that plaintiff's requests are overbroad. Plaintiff is well advised to tailor and limit discovery to the issues of the preliminary injunction. Certainly a deposition of each defendant (plus 3 others) is permissible by plaintiff with corresponding number by defendant. Requests to produce may include emails and calendars of defendants (reciprocal for plaintiffs) in a manner designed to assure prompt production yet protect privilege and privacy. Production should occur within 21 days of the request. Depositions should be set upon agreement; or upon 21 days notice. Interrogatories may not exceed 15 per side (21-day response time).
