ENDORSED ORDER: On November 21, 2019, Plaintiff filed a "Motion in Limine to Introduce Extrinsic Evidence of a Settlement/Stipulation Agreement" (Doc. #12), seeking to introduce evidence included in his personal tax forms as well as a settlement agreement between him and Chase Bank, a party that has been voluntarily dismissed from this case. Upon review, the Court construes the filing not as a motion in limine, but instead as a notice of filing. The Court finds that noticing these items is improper at this time.
