ENDORSED ORDER: On December 30, 2019, Defendant Progressive Express Insurance Company filed a supplement to its notice of removal and motion for extension of time to respond to the Court's December 20, 2019, order. (Doc. #5). However, as the Court explained in its order directing the Clerk to remand this case to the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Progressive has failed to carry its burden to establish that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction to over this case.
