December 11, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 34 ENDORSED ORDER granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's #32 Third Motion for Electronic Filing Under CM/ECF Using PACER. As the Court explained in its November 6, 2020, Order (Doc. #18), the Court declines to grant Day full access to the CM/ECF system due to his history of abusive litigation practices. The Court, however, will grant Day's motion to the extent he seeks to receive electronic service of documents filed by the Court in this case. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to provide electronic service upon Day at the email address royaday@hotmail.com. The Court advises Day that the authorized electronic service will only allow him one-time free access to each document filed by the Court in this action after the date of this Order. Once Day uses his one-time access to a given document, he will be unable to again access the document through the CM/ECF system, and will instead need to utilize the PACER system. Signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher P. Tuite on 12/11/2020. (CTB)
