The motion is granted to the extent that Attorney Brett Lewis may appear pro hac vice on behalf of Plaintiff. The Court notes, however, that revisions to the Middle District's Local Rules, effective February 1, 2021, eliminate the local counsel requirement and apply "in all proceedings then pending."
