The record shows that this amount is reasonably met. The insurance policy listed coverage exceeds the amount in controversy requirement. Movant states that she has a 7mm disc tear in her spine from the subject car accident; a significant injury. Movant also averred some time ago that she had a minimum of $47,000 in medical expenses.
