Filing 17 ENDORSED ORDER granting #13 Motion to Dismiss. The motion to dismiss was not contested by plaintiff Mr. Gilberti, and is thus deemed unopposed under the Local Rules. Jung on 10/5/2021. (Jung, William) Modified on 10/5/2021 (Jung, William). Modified on 10/6/2021 (ABC). |
