ORDER: Tyler's #7 Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is GRANTED-IN-PART to the extent that the case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. Tyler is assessed $43.14 as an initial partial filing fee as provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1)(B). The total assessed filing fee in this case is $350.00. Tyler shall, not later than December 7, 2021, pay the initial partial filing fee of $43.14 to the Clerk of Court.
