Plaintiff Whennen appears to be a resident of Marion County and the defendant appears to be a Nevada entity. Although Mills Shipping is a Hillsborough County-based company and the predecessor case was against Mills in the 13th Judicial Circuit, Mills is not a party here. The disclosure statement must include this certification - I certify that, except as disclosed, I am unaware of an actual or potential conflict of interest affecting the district judge or the magistrate judge in this action, and I will immediately notify the judge in writing within fourteen days after I know of a conflict.
