This action is hereby STAYED pending the en banc Eleventh Circuit's decision in Hunstein v. Preferred Collection & Mgmt. Servs., Inc., No. 19-14434 (11th Cir.). The Clerk is directed to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this case. Within fourteen (14) days of the en banc Eleventh Circuit's decision in Hunstein, the Parties shall file a joint notice advising the Court as to whether the stay should be lifted.
