ENDORSED ORDER: The Court grants the parties #7 Unopposed Motion to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings. Considering the binding arbitration agreement between the parties, the Court orders the parties to submit all the arbitrable claims to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the arbitration agreement. The Court directs the Clerk to stay and administratively close this action until the conclusion of the arbitration proceedings. Lead counsel must file a status report no later than June 1, 2022, advising the Court whether the arbitration is ongoing and, if so, must file a status report every 90 days thereafter. Within seven days of the close of the arbitration proceedings, the parties are directed to file a joint status report addressing how the outcome of the arbitration proceeding affects this action.
