The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals' resolution of Hunstein v. Preferred Collection & Mgmt. Servs., --- F.4th ----, 2021 WL 5353154, at *1 (11th Cir. 2021), will likely have a substantial impact on this case. In the interest of justice and judicial economy, the Court stays this action until the earlier of (1) one year from the date of this Order (unless further extended by order of the Court) or (2) the Eleventh Circuit's resolution of Hunstein. The parties shall file a joint status report every 90 days from the date of this Order to apprise the Court of the status of the Hunstein appeal.
