September 19, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 15 ENDORSED ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Remand #12 is GRANTED. In light of Hunstein v. Preferred Collection & Management Services, Inc., No. 19-14434, 2022 WL 4102824 (11th Cir. 2022), the Court grants plaintiff's motion to remand this action to state court for lack of federal jurisdiction. Because Plaintiff has alleged only "a bare statutory violation" and lacks a concrete injury as required by Article III, this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction and must remand the case to state court. See id. at *4 (holding that "a bare statutory violation is not enough" to confer Article III standing) (internal quotations omitted). Signed by Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle on 9/19/2022. (RLD)
