ENDORSED ORDER: Plaintiff states that jurisdiction is proper pursuant to 46 U.S.C. 30501, et seq. Yet, the complaint fails to sufficiently establish that this action is brought within six months of receiving notice from a claimant, as required by 46 U.S.C. 30511. The complaint merely states it "is filed within six (6) months of Clearwater Marine's receipt of notice that the claim would potentially exceed the post-casualty value of the Vessel." (Doc #1 at 2). Accordingly, to establish that the Court has jurisdiction over this matter, Plaintiff must file additional information regarding the date on which Plaintiff received notice of the claim and the manner in which Plaintiff received such notice by October 21, 2022.
