December 13, 2022	Filing 2 ENDORSED ORDER: Pro se defendant Ronald Lamont Wright submits a notice of removal. (Doc. 1.) However, the notice of removal describes no basis for this Court's subject matter jurisdiction and none is apparent. (Id.) "When a civil case has been removed from state court to federal court, a district court must remand that removed case back to state court when the district court does not have subject matter jurisdiction." Ladies Mem'l Ass'n, Inc. v. City of Pensacola, Fla., 34 F.4th 988, 993-94 (11th Cir. 2022). Further, the defendant fails to attach a complaint to the notice of removal. Instead, the defendant attaches, among other documents, a signed order from the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida. (Doc. 1-1.) Accordingly, this action is REMANDED to the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida. The clerk must TRANSMIT a certified copy of this order to the clerk of that court; TERMINATE any pending motions and deadlines; and CLOSE this case.
