April 4, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ENDORSED ORDER: Because Charity Phillips' original complaint, (Doc. 1-1), was a shotgun pleading, this Court dismissed Phillips' complaint without prejudice and provided Phillips three weeks to amend her complaint, (Doc. #6). Also, this Court warned Phillips that if she failed to timely amend, her suit would become subject to dismissal without further notice. (Id. at 3.) Notwithstanding this Court's warning, Phillips failed to timely amend her complaint. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice.
