ENDORSED ORDER: Defendants Emerald Coast RV Center, LLC, and Thor Motor Coach, Inc., submit a #20 stipulation that substitutes "the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP as counsel for Defendants... in the place of Akerman LLP and its affiliated attorneys." Although Local Rule 2.02(c)(1) requires lawyers to move to withdraw as counsel to cease representing a party, the stipulation effectuates withdrawal because it proves that counsel is withdrawing with the Defendants' knowledge and consent. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to terminate Jackson McKnight Story as the counsel of record for the Defendants. Attorney Story is relieved of further responsibility in this matter.
