Plaintiff sues under a criminal statute that does not provide a civil, private cause of action. The complaint does not state sufficient facts to form a cause of action of any sort. The Plaintiff may seek to replead a complaint but any amended complaint must be on file within 21 days from today. If no proper amended complaint is on file within 21 days, the dismissal with without prejudice here will become a dismissal with prejudice and the file will be closed permanently.
