Tampa Legal is entitled to attorneys' fees and costs associated with the cost of True North's removal. True North shall pay Tampa Legal $4,490.50 with such amount reflecting the agreed reasonable amount of attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Tampa Legal in connection with True North's removal.
