Filing 11 JUDGMENT that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice. ( Signed by Deputy Clerk) (SPM) |
Filing 10 ENDORSED ORDER: On August 23, 2023, this Court #7 dismissed the Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice because it is a shotgun pleading, allowed the Plaintiff to refile an amended complaint no later than September 7, 2023, and informed the Plaintiff that this action would become subject to dismissal without further notice if the Plaintiff failed to refile. The Plaintiff failed to refile. Moreover, on September 13, 2023, Plaintiff failed to submit a certificate of interested persons and a corporate disclosure statement as required by the Court's 9 Endorsed Order. Signed by Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle on 9/18/2023. (CMM) |
