A few months ago, the undersigned donated a small amount to a Go Fund Me page to benefit Respondent's counsel after counsel incurred damage to her home during the recent hurricane. The Court does not believe that recusal is necessary here as the Court is capable of being fair and impartial to both sides. However, if either party is concerned that a conflict exists, that party should file a motion for recusal within the next 7 days so the Court may consider and rule on that motion before the case proceeds to the final hearing on November 6, 2023.
