If Ms. Chisholm objects to the motion to dismiss her complaint, she may file a response in this federal case no later than November 20, 2023. If she chooses to respond, she should address why the complaint is not untimely (as Pricewaterhouse contends) and should also address the substantive points made by Pricewaterhouse at Doc. #7.
