ENDORSED ORDER: Pursuant to the Case Management and Scheduling Order (Doc. #20), the parties were to confer and file a notice of mediation informing the Court of the mediation date they had selected by January 2, 2024. Yet, Plaintiff has merely filed a notice informing the Court that "the parties have been unable to select a date for a mediation of this matter." (Doc. #28). This is unacceptable. The Court expects all parties and counsel to confer in good faith to select a mediation date, as required by this Court. The notice of mediation is now due January 9, 2024. Failure to file by that date a proper notice of mediation, informing the Court of the date, time, and location of the mediation conference, may result in the imposition of sanctions.
