ORDER: Plaintiff Ursula Szekely (Szekely) was terminated from her employment as Director of Life Enrichment by Defendant SLH North Shore Management, LLC (SLH), a subsidiary of Defendant Senior Lifestyle Management LLC Inc. (Senior Lifestyle). Szekely sued SLH1 and Senior Lifestyle (collectively Defendants), for violating the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq. and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. 701 et seq. R.2 1, Compl. Before the Court is Senior Lifestyle's Motion to Transfer Venue (Motion to Transfer) seeking to transfer this case to the Middle District of Florida, pursuant to U.S.C. 1404(a). R. 12, Mot. Transfer. For the following reasons, the Court grants Senior Lifestyle' Motion to Transfer.
