Filing 10 ENDORSED ORDER: On February 26, 2024, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file a complete certificate of interested persons and corporate disclosure form or "show cause by March 18, 2024, why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and for failure to comply with court orders." (Doc. 9). Even giving Plaintiff the benefit of Rule 6(d)'s extra three days, Plaintiff fails to comply. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED for failure to prosecute and for failure to comply with Court orders. See Local Rule 3.10. The Clerk is directed to ENTER JUDGMENT, which shall read "This case is dismissed without prejudice," to terminate any pending motions or deadlines, and to CLOSE the case.
