April 12, 2024 Filing 35 ENDORSED ORDER: "Plaintiff's Motion to Extend Temporary Restraining Order" (Doc. #34) is granted with the modification discussed below. Plaintiff represents that he has subpoenaed Defendants' independent service providers to obtain identifying information in order to provide Defendants with notice of the Court's Temporary Restraining Order, but the information has not yet been received. This situation constitutes good cause to extend the Temporary Restraining Order to April 26, 2024. Accordingly, the expiration of the Court's Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. #27) is extended to April 26, 2024. However, a review of the record indicates that Plaintiff has not complied with the Temporary Restraining Order's requirement that Plaintiff deposit $6,000.00 as security by April 5, 2024. Accordingly, as a condition of extending the Temporary Restraining Order, Plaintiff is directed to deposit the required security with the Clerk of the Court, and to file a notice of filing with the Court, by 5 p.m. on April 16, 2024, failing which the Court will dissolve the Temporary Restraining Order without further notice. March 11, 2024 Filing 9 ENDORSED ORDER: "Plaintiff's Motion to File Under Seal and/or Redacted Documents for Good Cause" (Doc. #6) is granted. Plaintiff is directed to file Schedule A to the complaint under seal, which should be maintained under seal until further order of the Court. Additionally, although Plaintiff states that he "has moved for a temporary asset restraint" (Doc. #6 at 2), the Court has not yet received this motion. If Plaintiff seeks a temporary restraining order, he is directed to file a motion. Schedule A will only remain under seal until the Court has ruled on the request for a temporary restraining order, and if Plaintiff does not timely move for relief, the Court intends to unseal Schedule A. Additionally, the Court advises that a motion for a temporary restraining order should be filed separately from a motion for preliminary injunction, as they seek different forms of injunctive relief and should not be combined in one motion. Signed by Judge Thomas P. Barber on 3/11/2024. (ANL) Modified on 3/11/2024 to correct docket text (JGG).
