ENDORSED ORDER. This cause is before the Court sua sponte. On July 3, 2025, the Court entered an Order instructing Defendant to inform the Court by August 4, 2025, whether it had retained a new lawyer and, if so, the name business address, email address, and telephone number of that attorney. (#34). A review of the docket reveals that Defendant has not complied with the Court's Order. Out of an abundance of caution, however, the Court will extend the deadline for Defendant to submit the required notice. Accordingly, no later than August 25, 2025, Defendant shall (1) file a notice advising the Court whether it has hired a new lawyer and, if so, the name, business address, email address, and telephone number of that attorney; and (2) explain why it did not abide by the Court's July 3 Order.
