ENDORSED ORDER: An earlier order #3 gave Plaintiff until June 5, 2025, to (1) file an amended complaint and (2) either submit a complete motion to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the filing fee. The order warned Plaintiff that his failure to timely comply would "result in the dismissal of this case without further notice." The deadline passed, but Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, nor has he paid the filing fee or submitted a complete motion to proceed in forma pauperis.
